Participatory Forest Management


PFM Good Practice Database (PFM-DB) was developed through series of discussions at the EWG-PFM meeting and more than 80 practice cases are stored in the database.

Particiatory Forest Management Database

Regional PFM Guideline was developed as an output of the Participatory Forest Management (PFM) component. The Guideline consists of Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 is the Main body of the Guindeline and Part 2 is the Collection of PFM Practice Cases within the SADC region.

Expert Working Group Meeting on PFM (EWG-PFM) was held six (6) times under the Project.
Minutes of each EWG-PFM is posted below.

Exercise for Action Plan Development was conducted under the PFM component so that the Project can provide an opportunity to each Member State to exercise formulating project that to be implemented after the end of the Project. Project Idea Note (PIN) of some countries are posted below.
